For over 35 years we have provided independent boiler design expertise for diagnosing operational problems and defects in boiler plant worldwide. Our standard method involves a combination of thermodynamic analysis, field testing and computer modelling which is virtually identical to the methods used by many larger boiler manufacturers. Over much of this period we have shared this knowledge and expertise through our “Boiler Design Principles (& Diagnostics) Training Course” with graduate engineers across the world.
DESIGN & DIAGNOSTICS
Our highly trained personnel have conducted performance field testing on numerous boilers, firing a wide range of fuels over many years. We have extensive expertise with both grate and burner firing systems .
We use specialised boiler performance and boiler circulation software which has been extensively tested and calibrated against boiler performance field testing results. Our circulation modelling software has been calibrated with isotope tracers on multiple occasions.
Our software provides an extensive range of tried and proven computational resource for modelling the behaviour of boiler plant and steam generation systems.
